Happy Easter, everyone! Every year my husband traditionally buys me an Easter lily. He knows I just love the strong and lush fragrance – and I particularly appreciate that I get to continue to enjoy the flower year after year. While we lived in Louisiana, my hubby discovered he could plant the Easter lily and it would come back up the next year. So now, every time we move, we pick a spot in our yard for our Easter lily garden and add to it each year. (Sometimes he even buys a few extras on clearance after Easter to fill up the spot!) As I look at our lily garden, it seems particularly appropriate to celebrate the holiday with the flower’s renewed life!
Wishing you all a joyous Easter weekend full of family, friends and renewed blessings!
I would love to hear some of your family traditions for the holidays – and everyday life too!
